First of all: Welcome! I'm Megan and I've had a pretty eventful life, when it comes to mental health issues and trauma. With this blog I want to give you an insight in this life. Making blogposts is a way to cope with all my negative thoughts and I hope I can help others by showing them they are not alone with theirs. I want to give a little triggerwarning, because I am going to talk about traumatic situations, depression, selfharm and anxiety.
